You should log in with your Google account.
Click on “Create Group”.
Add details and click “Create”.
Click on “Add a welcome message”.
Add a message with a link. Click “Save”.
Click on the Settings icon and click “Group Settings”.
Click “Permissions”.
Click “Basic Permissions”.
Set ‘Group Visibility’ to “Anyone on the web”, and ‘View Topics’ to “Anyone on the web”. (These settings must be done)
