Go to https://we.riseup.net
Click on “Create New User”.
Enter details and click “Sign Up”.
Click on “Pages”.
Click “Create Page”.
Enter info for a Wiki Page and click “Create”.
And then, you can add backlinks. And click “Save”.
Click on “Settings” (You should do to make the page “Public”.)
Click on “Permissions”.
Make all visibility “Public” by clicking on “Public”.
And click on “Public” in Page Setting too. (Important).
